DO READ.. Many of us are misinformed with fact " heavier the weights ,the bigger the mucle "
" higher reps focus on cutting"

Which is not entirely true.. So here is a little bit of what i know about muscles and how to grow them.. a) muscle grow doesn't matter the weight is high or low, or the reps are high are low..as long as your muscle contracts and your nutrition matches your need muscle do grow.. b) there are many types of contractions such as
- isometric - its a type of contraction where the length of the muscle doesn't change
- concentric -in where the contraction happens when the muscle is shorten
- isotonic - is a type of contraction in where the length of the muscles changed
- eccentric - this is where the isotonic i mentioned above lengthens
C) according to your body and goal, your nutrition is very important, because when your muscle contract they need to absorb proper nutrition so that you don't burn your muscle or grow more body fat then muscle...so eat according to your goal( i am fuelled by briyani lol just joking)

D) coming back to your doubt , how does your weight and repetition effect?? Well when your body is used to a certain routine its usually hits plateau/ stop showing results...so to prevent that you have to progress in your routine/ intensify your routine in order to constantly see results.... that is when you put those two factors into place... I hope this has provided enough information to clear your doubts, i have missed out any facts or am wrong do correct me as i can learn too
